The FOAC Special Events Committee, led by the indefatigable Noel Thompson, is hard at work organizing this autumn's school Reception and Alumni Gala in New York. Mita Corsini-Bland's husband, Gerald, has generously arranged for the Reception to take place on Friday, October 28th, 6:00 p.m., at his gallery in the Fine Arts Building at 59th and Third (www.geraldblandinc.com). The Gala Dinner and Auction will take place on Saturday the 29th at the Yale Club, at 50 Vanderbilt Avenue. Drinks in the Library at 6:00 p.m. Dinner in the Grand Ballroom (a last-minute upgrade!) at 7:00, followed by an auction.  Check out our new FOAC special events site to see a listing of some special auction items and a schedule of events.
